Six blocks of Main Street in the Deep Ellum entertainment district, 2900-3400 Main Street, Dallas TX 75226, will be transformed into one enormous street festival. Featuring 200 top-notch decorative and visual artists, 150 original bands and singer/songwriters performing from seven different stages, the renowned Pet Parade, and enticing foods and drinks.
Festival attendees can stroll through displays of cutting-edge decorative arts and admire, commission, and purchase the works of sculptors, muralists, jewelers, painters, leather and wood crafters, and other specialized fine artists, some of whom will be creating pieces on the spot.
The Deep Ellum Arts Festival takes place Friday, April 7 through Sunday, April 9. However, “Pet Day” is on Sunday, April 9.
Hundreds of pet owners will be taking their best friends on a promenade Sunday afternoon. Enter your favorite Doggie Friend and join in the Arts Festival fun! There are a variety of activities for dogs including a pet parade and talent show.
Well-trained socialized pets are welcome to the festival all day Sunday, especially during the Pet Parade. We are prepared and staffed for the additional needs of pets on Sunday only. The adjacent Deep Ellum Bark Park will be open for sign in and parade staging. While pets will not be turned away Friday or Saturday, we appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines for everyone’s benefit.
