Q: Why do I need to register on DallasDogLife?

You do not have to register to use most of the features on DallasDogLife, such as reading content, submitting a question for Ask the Vet, or accessing the blog. However, you do need to register for submitting an Upcoming Event for the calendar, submitting a DDL Community piece, or adding a Business Listing. Basically you need to register in order to submit something that will be posted to our site.

Q: How do I register on DallasDogLife?

Click the Register link on the upper left hand side of the Home Page. Fill in your Name and Email Address and then create a User Name and Password. Then click the Send Registration button to complete the process. After that, you can log in using the User Name and Password that you created by entering that information in the Login fields on the upper left hand side of the Home Page.

I just registered with DallasDogLife. Will I start receiving Newsletters?

Yes, all registrations on DallasDoglife will be added to the Weekly Newsletter email list. If you simply want to receive the newsletter but do not want to register, that's fine too! Simply click the "Newsletters" tab at the top of any DDL page and subscribe.

DallasDogLife currently uses MailChimp to manange our newsletter subscriptions and opt-outs. This service ensures that if you request to be removed from our mailing list by clicking "UNSUBSCRIBE," you will no longer be contacted by DallasDogLife.

How do I add an event to the DallasDogLife calendar?

It's really easy. First you will need to login with your User Name and Password. Once you are logged in, simply click the Add an Event link underneath the events listed in the Upcoming Events section, located in the middle of the Home Page. This link will take you to a form where you can add all the information about your event.

If you are handy with HTML, you can format your event listing to make it more eye-catching.

All Business Listings are published within 24 hours of receiving payment. All Banner Ads are published within 24 hours of the Start Date of the Publishing Agreement. All Newsletter Ads are published for the specified number of weeks and dates in the Publishing Agreement.
