Dee’s Doggie Den owner Dee Fort and her husband Evan met through their dogs, well sort of. Actually having dated in high school in Houston in the 80’s, years had past and Dee moved on to Dallas to open her Doggie Den, thee FIRST doggie daycare in Dallas! Little did she know Evan too now lived in Dallas and was seeking a place to take his 4-legged best friend for grooming! So with dog in tow, Evan went to Dee’s Doggie Den and-poof, they rekindled that High School spark and the rest is history!

Dee could tell you other success stories of Dallas friends that she connected through doggie play-dates which inspired Dee to create an annual pre-Valentine Day event; you just never know who your dog might get you acquainted with!
