CANCELLED - Valentines Pictures with your Pups (to benefit Rescue) Print
Saturday, February 05 2011, 10:00 am - 10:00 pm by paulaweir Hits : 495

This is everyone's chance to get a professional Valentine photo of your precious Valentine pooch.   Cheri Fults is donating her time to benefit Recycled Poms and or a $10 donation for each pup, you can have 2 poses on a CD to take with you.   This gives you plenty of time to get them out to your friends and family in time for Valentines Day.   All proceeds will go to Recycled Poms.  A Pomeranian rescue group that is very much in need of your support.  The number of breeders and puppy mills that are dumping unwanted dogs is at a staggering number.  Recycled Poms is an All-Volunteer group of people that donate their time for fostering, bathing, transporting, or any other job that needs to be done to help these abused and neglected dogs.

There will be 2 opportunities for photos with your pup on Saturday morning, February 5.  10am to 3pm and 7:30pm to 10pm.

The evening session will be at CANINE GAMES NIGHT at DCTC so invite your doggy friends to come play and get a professional Valentine picture then as well.

Dog City Training Center is an indoor climate controlled facility in Addison and is devoted to helping dogs and having FUN with the dogs that we have.

Canine Games Night is a night of good times with our friends and dog/people friendly dogs.  There is a $10 charge at the door for the games night., where we play Musical Chairs, Relay Races, Doggy Dress Up, and other games that we dream up.  Games Nights are  BYOB and we love for you to bring snacks as well.  We make ourselves at home and have a great night of laughter and fun.

Dogs can get sunburned too, so be sure to apply sunscreen when your dog will be out in the sun for extended periods of time. Apply sunscreen to the tips of his ears, bridge of his nose, groin area, inside of the legs and the underbelly. Be sure to use a sunscreen that does NOT contain PABA or Zinc Ozide (which is harmful to dogs if ingested) or a brand made specifically for dogs.
