We're expecting a beautiful day this next Saturday and we will have lots of pups to see that are available for adoption, so come on out and join us. If anyone is interested in volunteering some of their time we have a need for people that can help set up, tear down, and tend to the dogs during the event. Setup begins at approximately 11:00 am.
We currently have an urgent need for loving emergency foster families who can take care of a pup short term in their home. You supply the love, toys, and food and we supply the rest! Stop by our event for more details or fill out our foster form under About Us on our website, http://www.dfwpuppatrol.com/. Donations of funds and supplies are always needed to help care for our pups. Supplies needed are metal wire crates, plastic transport crates, as well as collars, leashes, harnesses, toys, puppy play pens, gates, and dog beds. |

Dogs can get sunburned too, so be sure to apply sunscreen when your dog will be out in the sun for extended periods of time. Apply sunscreen to the tips of his ears, bridge of his nose, groin area, inside of the legs and the underbelly. Be sure to use a sunscreen that does NOT contain PABA or Zinc Ozide (which is harmful to dogs if ingested) or a brand made specifically for dogs. |
