Participants will alternate running and cardio kickboxing followed by total body exercises for one of the most effective workouts ever. Professional athletes, military personnel, and Hollywood stars are now turning to Martial Arts workouts to lose inches and gain strength. The top male and female finisher to complete the most rounds in the given time will each receive ONE FREE MONTH to the Fighting 4 Fitness Boot Camp!

For Kickboxing boot camp training in Dallas, the only place to go is Fighting 4 Fitness, the newest creation by owner and professional mixed arts fighter STEVE HESS.

All levels of fitness are welcome, as the workout can be modified.

Dogs can get sunburned too, so be sure to apply sunscreen when your dog will be out in the sun for extended periods of time. Apply sunscreen to the tips of his ears, bridge of his nose, groin area, inside of the legs and the underbelly.
