Come by and see all the pups we have as we have a wonderful selection! If anyone is interested in volunteering some of their time we have a need for people that can help set up, tear down, and tend to the dogs during the event. Set up begins at approximately 11:30 am. We currently have an urgent need for loving foster families who can take care of a pup in their home until they can find their furever home. Fostering is extremely rewarding when you know you're saving the life of a dog that would have been put to sleep if you didn't open up your home to them. You supply the love, toys, and food and we supply the rest! Currently we have several pups who urgently need a foster home. Stop by our event or fill out our foster form under About Us on our website, http://www.dfwpuppatrol.com/. Donations of funds and supplies are always needed to help care for our pups. Supplies needed are metal wire crates, plastic transport crates, as well as collars, leashes, harnesses, toys, puppy play pens, gates, and dog beds.We are also currently accepting items for our Annual Spring Church Yard Sale. If you don't want it and it's in good condition we do! We can also arrange to come by your home to pick up your items, big or small, it will make a huge difference! |

Dogs can get sunburned too, so be sure to apply sunscreen when your dog will be out in the sun for extended periods of time. Apply sunscreen to the tips of his ears, bridge of his nose, groin area, inside of the legs and the underbelly. Be sure to use a sunscreen that does NOT contain PABA or Zinc Ozide (which is harmful to dogs if ingested) or a brand made specifically for dogs. |
