2nd Annual Dee’s Doggie Den Valentine Singles Mingle for Dogs and Their Humans To Benefit Animal Alert!

Dallas, TX – January 28, 2010 - Dee’s Doggie Den owner Dee Fort and her husband Evan met through their dogs, well sort of. Actually having dated in high school in Houston in the 80’s, years had past and Dee moved on to Dallas and opened her Doggie Daycare, the FIRST in Dallas! Little did she know Evan too lived in Dallas and was seeking a place to take his 4-legged best friend for grooming! So with dog in tow, Evan went to Dee’s Doggie Den and-poof, they rekindled that High School spark and the rest is history!

Dee could tell you other stories of Dallas friends that she connected through doggie play-dates so with the successful turnout at the 1st, 2009 Singles Mingle, Dee decided to make it an annual pre-Valentine Day event; you just never know who your dog might get you acquainted with! If you’re single, grab your dog and come to Dee’s Doggie Den on Wednesday, February 10th from 7:30p-9p. Let your 4-legged friends mingle in the 8,000 square foot play area while you mix and mingle enjoying champagne and chocolates!

Your $10 donation will support Animal Alert!, a collaborative effort between East Dallas neighborhood residents passionate about the well being and safety of our pets! Animal Alert! rescues and fosters escaped, lost or abandoned pets from our streets until their owners or a new home is found!
