It’s that time of year again, Oak Cliff; the 4th annual Oak Cliff Mardi Gras is upon us and once again, in the spirit of Barkus, FIDO Oak Cliff and Green Pet will be assembling the Krewe De Chewe. This year’s parade is on Sunday, Feb 19th at 4pm and this time we’re raising the stakes with our very special theme… “Pooches of the Caribbean”! Put on your finest eyepatches and join us as we spread awareness for our group and its noble cause. Participants are encouraged to dress up themselves and their canines in a pirate themed costume or at least in your best Mardi Gras colors. We’ll have prizes for the best costumes (both dog and human).
